WALKER & ASSOCIATES is a "complete service" consulting firm to existing or prospective foreign investors in
the Philippines.
COMPLETE SERVICE means that W&A will handle any and all subjects, problems, and whatever else maybe necessary to handle
in order to assure the success of our clients in the Philippines.
W&A does not charge either an hourly or project based fixed fee: All of our services are rendered on the "SUCCESS
FEE" (also called "Contingency Fee") basis. In some cases W&A accepts a negotiated PROFIT PARTICIPATION
in lieu of fees.
The only charge to the Client are those preapproved specific expenses that can be fully accounted for, and a prenegotiated
SMALL monthly stipend (usually $2-300 per month) to cover unaccountable miscellaneous out of pocket expenses. In addition,
it is our practice to have in all of our contracts escape lauses without financial penalties, should our client decide to
withdraw from the project.
This fee arrangement naturally limits the number of clients W&A can serve at any given time, and requires that W&A
evaluate the chances of success, and the degree of difficulty, of the project proposed by a prospective client. W&A undertakes
this evaluation completely free of charge, but requires full disclosure of all material facts. Thus a frank discussion prior
to accepting a client is a prerequisite.
However, such a FREE project evaluation by an experienced and well connected consultant as W&A is, prior to shouldering
substantial actual expenditures, may very well serve to avoid needless costs and lossess by the prospective client, without
having to pay a fee for a feasibility study.

For foreign investors doing business in the Philippines can be either EXTREMELY rewarding or EXTREMELY disappointing, with
hardly anything in between. It is comparable to actually finding the proverbial pot of gold at the foot of the rainbow, however,
